Blue-green algae is a huge problem when it comes to maintaining your investments. Those unsightly dark streaks on roof shingles, brick, concrete, wood, etc. Most common staining is found on the North an West sides, although some staining can appear on the South or East sides as well. Blue-green algae, mold and moss thrive on damp and shaded areas mostly. We do have a solution for this problem
We use a 3-part system by Defy. First, we spray on a cleaner/neutralizer and give it some time to work into the surface. Next, we rinse with a low-pressure, high-volume pressure wash. Then we let dry. We return in 24-48hrs for our 3rd and final step. This is our stain-blocking treatment. This is applied by a spray application to saturate the entire surface. The stain-blocking treatment goes on wet and dries clear. Replication is to be done as needed.
